Delivery Information
We offer delivery to addresses within the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland. All deliveries require an adult signature (18+) upon arrival.

Orders placed before 2pm Monday–Thursday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm Thursday will be dispatched Monday. Weekend orders are dispatched Monday.
Delivery Restrictions
We cannot deliver to PO boxes. A signature is required on delivery — if no one is available, the courier will leave a card for redelivery or collection. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or adverse weather conditions.
Returns & Refunds
Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your goods to cancel your order. To exercise this right, you must inform us in writing via email or our contact form. You do not need to give a reason.
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
- You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- We recommend using a tracked delivery service for returns, as we cannot be held responsible for lost parcels.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- E-liquid bottles that have been opened or used
- Disposable products that have been removed from their sealed packaging
- Smoking hardware that shows signs of use
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any reasonable return postage costs. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.

To initiate a return, please email info@smokersstore.co.uk or visit our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with the return address and any further instructions.
