1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Smokers Store website and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or place an order.

Smokers Store is a trading name of IT2DAY LTD, registered in England and Wales (Company No. 11515541, VAT: GB309383984). Our registered office address is Vyoren, Lowestoft Road, Beccles, NR34 7DE, United Kingdom.

2. Age Restriction

All products sold on this website are intended for individuals aged 18 years or over. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to verify your age and may cancel any order where we have reasonable grounds to believe the customer is under 18. Delivery of smoking supplies requires an adult signature (18+).

3. Products & Pricing

All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT at the applicable rate unless stated otherwise. We make every effort to ensure prices are correct at the time of listing, however we reserve the right to correct any pricing errors. Product images are for illustration purposes only; actual products may differ slightly.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without prior notice.

4. Orders & Contract

Placing an item in your cart or completing the checkout does not constitute a binding contract. Your order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion. A binding contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods and send you a dispatch confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect age verification failure, payment fraud, or stock unavailability.

5. Payment

Payment is taken at the time of order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payment transactions are processed securely via our payment partners. We do not store your full card details.

6. Delivery

We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control. 7. Right to Cancel & Returns

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. You must notify us of your decision to cancel within this period. Goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging. You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened e-liquid bottles, disposable devices, or smoking hardware that has been used. Statutory rights are not affected.

8. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage costs. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are protected.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smokers Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the products in question.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
